The Gundaroo Film Society (GFS) is one of Australia’s oldest film societies, still running in the same venue since 1905. All films are screened at the Gundaroo Soldiers’ Memorial Hall. GFS is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers screening films once a month on a Saturday night.
The flickering has been off due to Covid-19 and it has been almost an entire year without local screenings. The good news is that the GFS is launching the 2021 season on 20th March with the feel-good film Yesterday (2019) directed by Danny Doyle. See below.
