Gundaroo South Veterinary Clinic has new owners and a new name. It’s been purchased by Dr Eamon Ryan and his wife Melanie Ryan, who both have connections to the village and community.
In the past Eamon worked with previous owners Joseph and Anna Nowak on patients who required surgery and advanced imaging.
Eamon, Melanie and the team would like to thank the community for their words of welcome and support during their first month of business.
Having come from a background of farming and vets within the Gundaroo area it seemed like a logical place for Eamon and Melanie to expand their veterinary practice and when Joseph retired in June this year they took the opportunity to take over the clinic.
They also have a Belconnen clinic with extensive state of the art imaging that will be used in conjunction with Gundaroo.
Gundaroo Veterinary Centre is a family-oriented business committed to servicing our local region. Extending the family connection is Eamon’s father Dr Bill Ryan who is also practising at the Centre during the week.
The Centre is expanding to cover farm animals on Thursdays, with visits for check-ups, pregnancy testing etc. This does not include horses.
Gundaroo Veterinary Centre also has some new business hours:
